Frequency converter common fault analysis -- abnormal heating of the motor

Troubleshooting logic of motor abnormal heating:
1. Check whether the motor generation setting is correct.
2. Check whether the motor is learning parameters.
3. Whether the frequency converter always runs at low speed,
4. Whether the motor is a inverter motor,
5. Whether the load is too large,
6. Is the three-phase motor balanced?
7. Carrier frequency is too low,
8. Whether the motor power cord is too long,
9. All the above are normal inverter faults.
