TPS54231DR Switching regulator

TPS54231DR Switching regulator integrates low Ros (on) high sideMOSFET asynchronous Buck converter. To improve efficiency under light load, the function of pulse skipping Eco mode is automatically activated. In addition, the 1MA down power current allows the device to be used in battery-powered applications.
TPS54231DR current mode control with internal slope compensation simplifies external compensation calculations and reduces the number of components while allowing the use of ceramic output capacitors. The resistance divider programs the lag of the input undervoltage lock. The overvoltage transient protection circuit limits voltage overshoot during startup and transient conditions. In the case of overload, the periodic current limiting scheme, frequency reversal, and thermal shutdown protect the device and load.
