This is the Second version of our FLOW Gizmo and it has been altered quite a bit. As you can see from the image it has been redesigned not only from the inside but also the exterior enclosure has changed. With a nice colorization and a rigid enclosure it really is the best development or not device to use or to work with.  We have put many hours into the design of this device to eliminate any errors or requests from users and have added many usefull features which were not included before in the Gizmo.

-UC864-G Module (GSM-GPS-GPRS-UMTS with all antennas included), also you have the option to select    which module you want. You can select the UC864-E which has no GPS but still has the GSM functionality or to use the UC864-G and take advantage of the GPS (the GPS Antenna is included if this module is selected). Please have in mind that is UC864-E is selected then there is no GPS antenna with the device.

ZigBit 900MHz Transceiver Information

ZigBit™ 900 is an ultra-compact, extended range, low-power, high-sensitivity 784/868/915 MHz
IEEE 802.15.4/ZigBee® OEM module, based on the innovative Atmel’s mixed-signal hardware platform.
It is designed for wireless sensing, control and data acquisition applications. ZigBit modules eliminate
the need for costly and time-consuming RF development, and shortens time to market for a wide range
of wireless applications.

Please note that this feature comes by default on the FLOW G1.5

UC864-G General Information

The UC864-G is a 3.5G wireless data module designed to be fully compatible with Telit's GSM/GPRS and CDMA products in the compact, unified form factor family. This enables integrators and developers to design their applications once and take advantage of the truly global coverage and service flexibility afforded by the combination of the two most prevalent cellular technologies worldwide.

The UC864-G was designed for applications requiring global portability afforded by a radio structure comprised of quad-band support to GSM/GPRS/EDGE and tri-band UMTS/HSDPA. With its ultra-compact design, and extended operating temperature range, the Telit UC864-G is the perfect platform for medium-to-high-volume m2m applications and mobile data and computing devices.

Additional features such as, integrated TCP/IP and UDP, integrated full 12-channel high sensitivity GPS functionality for indoor fixes and simultaneous GPS with voice & data, one DAC channel and a three channel ADC provide extended functionality, adding value to the end application without adding cost.

UC864-E General Information

The UC864-E is a 3.5G wireless data module designed to be fully compatible with Telit's GSM/GPRS and CDMA products in the compact, unified form factor family. This enables integrators and developers to design their applications once and take advantage of the truly global coverage and service flexibility afforded by the combination of the two most prevalent cellular technologies worldwide.

Designed to minimize costs of applications local to the European market, the UC864-E features a single-band 2100MHz UMTS/HSDPA radio. For applications requiring global portability, the UC864-G tri-band variant is also available.

With its ultra-compact design, and extended operating temperature range, the Telit UC864-E is the perfect platform for medium-to-high-volume m2m applications and mobile data and computing devices. Additional features such as, integrated TCP/IP and UDP, and a three channel ADC provide extended functionality, adding value to the end application without adding cost.

Please have in mind that for both Overo Fire and Earth the 27pin FLEX cable is included and installed to take advantage of the Camera feature of the device.
