This Gizmo was created based on a wish that a member in our community made. With this Gizmo you can pretty much do everything you ever wanted with a Camera or multiple cameras, Flash units and sensors. Set up your scene as you want it, adjust the settings and sensors you need and simply wait for the device to do the rest. There are endless applications for this device and the only limit is your imagination. Use it for taking photos of Lightning as it strikes based on the sound or on the actual light emitted. Take photos of animals as they walk by without even touching the device. Laser Trigger or motion trigger the camera or even leave it for a long period of time and take pictures of a flower as it opens at sunrise and closes at sunset with intervals of your choosing. We have growing collection of sensors for this unit and always glad to make even more based on member requests. Since the software and hardware of this Gizmo (as any Gizmo we make) is Open Source, you can simply tell us a new feature or menu that you need and we shall add it for you. Plug it with a USB cable to your PC, update the firmware and you are set to go.

The Gizmo is specifically designed for outdoor use and is Rigid in design as well as weather resistant. The enclosure is watertight which means that if you leave it in the rain it will be OK, if you drop it into the Bath Tub for a short period of time then it SHOULD be OK but if you go diving with it then most probably it will malfunction and eventually brake. The buttons are well spaced for cold weather environments where you would need gloves to make anything work. The LCD is back-lit for night use. The device has an Internal RF Receiver and can be even operated remotely.

The device operates on a 9v battery so you can replace it and not worry about charging the device in the middle of a forest or a remote area.
